Goal Zero Pro Deal Terms and conditions
DISCRETION
Pro Deal program members agree to be discreet about their participation in this program; they will not mention it to anyone who does not also qualify for pro deal. Members who share any details of this program on social media will have their accounts immediately terminated. The privilege to purchase Goal Zero products at a special price is for the approved user only. Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect. Applicants outside of the United States are not eligible for pro deal discounts.
SPECIAL PRICING AND PURCHASE LIMITS
Approved program members receive special pricing on Goal Zero products. Pro Deal purchases are subject to a $5,000 spending limit annualy at the special pricing. Pro Deal purchases are for personal use or as a gift and must not be resold. Pro Deal pricing is available for full-priced items only.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Unless requested otherwise, orders will be shipped via regular ground transportation at the user's expense.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
All Pro Deal purchases may be paid for via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
ORDER STATUS/CONFIRMATION
Members will receive an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail and can check order status any time.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Goal Zero cannot accept returns or exchanges on Pro Deal purchases. Program members agree to double-check their orders before submitting.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
Accounts will expire on the last day of the year (12/31), at which time Pro Deal members will need to re-apply. We have the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer employed in the industry. Members will be notified via e-mail regarding suspension/termination. We reserve the right to periodically contact a member's proof of employment to verify employment.
ACCOUNT STATUS NOTIFICATION
We will notify applicants regarding account status via e-mail within 15 days of the application date.
