• The Outrider’s USB-C port is bi-directional so you can charge your power bank while using it to charge devices.
• If a connected device is not charging, power may be going into the Outrider. Unplug and re-plug the USB-C cable a few times to reset the direction of power flow.
• Use the included Mounting Screw to keep dock secure. This helps you avoid unplugging the dock when you remove the Outrider 18
