The REEL ROCK Film Tour has been showcasing the exploits of the best climbers and explorers in the world for the last decade. Last year’s travel itinerary alone included Japan, Borneo, Morocco, the Swiss Alps, the Utah Desert, English Sea Cliffs and even Mount Everest.
One of the challenges they face is keeping their equipment powered while out on location. Sometimes their expeditions last for months and while on these full scale productions, they don’t travel light. With multiple cameras, computers, headlamps, hard drives, walkie talkies and phones to power, they rely on solar to stay charged. This year the tour will be presenting VALLEY UPRISING, a history of climbing in Yosemite Valley. To watch the trailer and learn more about how to find a show near you visit REEL ROCK's website.
