BioLite and Goal Zero Shops are Sticking Around - with a new crossover perk

We’ll still be showcasing our full branded lineups at bioliteenergy.com and goalzero.com, with crossover appearances happening with some of our favorite complementary gear. Meaning, if BioLite makes something we think you should know about, we’re gonna make sure you can see it when you’re shopping for energy solutions on the Goal Zero website (and vice versa). In fact – stay tuned for some exciting news coming this September.

One thing that IS new is our exclusive Cross-Store Rewards feature. If you have a loyalty account at BioLite or Goal Zero (or both!) you can now redeem your points for use at either shop. Our Teams Are Working Together 

Honestly, it is really exciting to go from competitors to colleagues. This means more smart minds are coming together to design and build products that are efficient, durable, and meet the needs of our customers. With offices across New York, Milwaukee, and Salt Lake City, we’ve got an amazing group of individuals ideating exciting pipelines, building impressive testing rigs, and living in a variety of environments and conditions that enable us to really understand the various use cases of our products.

BioLite and Goal Zero maintain two separate customer service teams, and we are actively working on ways to continuously improve our collective Service experience. This means streamlining our ticket support platform into a shared system, training up our teams on each other’s knowledge centers so we can pitch in when needed, and finding new tools and processes to create faster response times and positive resolutions. Quality customer service is a top priority for our unified organization and we aim to have a fully revamped system up and running by late fall 2025. To our customers who have worked with us through this transition, we are grateful to you and thank you so much for your patience & feedback along the way.
