Why isn’t my device charging as expected?

If your devices aren’t charging as expected, check to see if you have your Basecamp 4 plugged into a 100 W power source. Be sure to use the cable that was included with your Basecamp 4 for best results

What Goal Zero products can I plug the Basecamp 4 into?

The Basecamp 4 works great with our new 6th generation products (Yeti PRO 4000, Yeti 300, 500, & 700). To use the Basecamp 4 with X-line power stations you’ll need a 100-Watt USB-C Charger. Then you can plug it into an AC outlet on your X-line power station.
