Goal Zero, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, is voluntarily recalling all Yeti Link Expansion Modules and EC8 cables. The connection between the Yeti Link and the cables can melt and overheat, posing a fire hazard.Â

Consumers should immediately stop use of the recalled products and contact Goal Zero for a replacement by submitting an online form below. You may also contact Goal Zero toll-free at 888-794-6250 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, or by email at support@goalzero.com.

What we need you to do?
- Please stop using the module and cables and check the model number to determine if it is part of the recall. Yeti Link with model number 98200, 98210 and Goal Zero are printed on the module.
- If your products are part of the recall, please fill out the form below for a free replacement kit. The kit includes a new Yeti Link module and all the necessary cables with a new connector and instructions. Goal Zero will mail a box and prepaid postage to each consumer who registers below. All replacement kits will be mailed to consumers after they have returned the recalled module only. All cables can be
discarded in the household trash. - It will take 1-3 weeks to receive a
replacement kit after we receive the recalled module.Â
